2 Piece 50mm Blower Fan Mount and Duct for BIBO Touch X Dual. It's likely compatible with multiple printers featuring a similar dual extruder head design. To install, remove the OEM 40mm fan, retain the screws or replace them with shorter ones. If you lack a matching plug for the 50mm blower, simply clip and solder the plug as I did. To mount it securely, use only the left bolt to hold everything in place. After printing for about 40 hours without issues, I've found this setup reliable. For added safety, I created an oversized hole where the right screw would go, allowing you to insert a screw into the right mount and serve as an anti-rotation pin if needed. This part can be printed with or without supports. I added supports but removed them, as they're not necessary due to proper slicing. If you use the provided G-code, you can print it directly on the BIBO, set to use the right extruder with PLA and warming the left one to prevent the part from becoming loose. Alternatively, reslice or print without modifying the G-code; if you do slice it yourself and use a different software than Simplify, supports will likely be required. The duct section slides into the mount and stays in place due to gravity and friction alone, requiring no glue or tape. This setup has significantly improved airflow and noticeably enhanced print quality.
