BIBO 2 TOUCH over center hinge with magnet hole and catch

This thing was made using Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/bHZwU9TTyEm I designed this hinge to solve the problem of the BIBO's door constantly falling down while working on things. It looks nearly identical to the original hinge, but this one eliminates the need for the nylon grommets that come with the original hinge/door. The hinges move slightly more than 180° so they don't fall back down. Originally I had designed it with 8mm diameter x 3mm thick "rare earth magnets" which failed to hold the weight of the door open. The holes are still present under the extended area of the hinge but they no longer serve any purpose as the adjusted angle solves the problem. Also added are clips or catches on each side of the hinge that rub slightly while the door is open. They give it just a bit of friction to help secure the door over center. The barrel of the hinge is approximately 3.5mm across and fits a bolt with a size of around 3.4mm or 1/8" diameter and 1.8" / 45mm in length. The last barrel on the top hinge is slightly smaller than the remaining ones so that the bolt will thread into it. If the thread on your bolt is too large to screw in gently, then drill it out slightly to prevent it from cracking the plastic. I used a threaded rod, cut to length with a dremel cutoff tool and then slotted at the end with the same cutoff wheel and screwed it in with a jewelers screwdriver for completely flush hinge ends.
