BIBO 2 Dial Indicator Snap-on Jig for Tramming/Bed Leveling
thingiverse
This is a dial indicator jig that snaps onto the x-axis rails for accurate bed leveling. I had tried some models that sort of just laid on top of the rails and the indicator would have too much movement as I raised the z-axis to measure the next corner. There is enough clearance in the back to go over the belt. This allows the printer to move freely with the jig in place. The dial indicator I use is a Mitutoyo IDC-112MTEB but this should fit most dial indicators with a 5mm indicator shaft. It's okay to go with a really light infill of 10-15%, I haven't broken one yet but be careful not to put too much pressure on it as it snaps in for a lot of different reasons!
