I used a bunch of different things and smashed them together in Meshmixer. I used this for the "wheels": https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3871650 I used this for the big and little eyes: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3639695 I used this for the wings: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4560750 and I used this for the cloud in the center: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2870638 I guess you could also loop a wire around one of the wheel's to make an ornament instead of a tree topper. I don't really know about the sizing, it's pretty big, so you might have to scale it down, and it's a nightmare to support, but I think I nailed the look I was going for. I'm fairly certain the keying system I used to attach the wings is gonna be almost worthless, because I made the cutouts too big, and I don't feel like fixing it. Unfortunately, I had to reduce the resolution of the body and bottom wings to put it on here. Good Luck!
