This tool is designed for creating Bias tape, and also functions well with non-bias cut fabric strips. The tool efficiently processes a 1.50" wide strip of fabric, folding its sides inward to create hems and straps on fabric masks. Note that it does not fold the tape in the center, instead leaving a gap to simplify manual folding. You can use this tool either with or without an iron. When using the tool without an iron, gently pull the fabric back along the "bottom" of the tool as shown in the second image provided. A helpful tip for starting: Cut the corners on the fabric at a 45-degree angle, about 1/2 inch deep. This will make it easier to begin the process. It's also essential to leave a flat edge on one end to prevent difficulty pushing it through. Avoid making the sides too gradually pointed, as this can cause issues with proper folding.
