I took a fresh approach to remaking the original design by dirtyvalentine (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4268859), adding more substance near the tabs where it mattered most. By including layer lines that ran perpendicular to the shear direction of the tabs, I prevented them from snapping off prematurely. This upgrade also involved rounding out the edges with fillets and streamlining material usage.
