I designed this bias tape maker to significantly reduce my time spent making bias tape. I'm using it to create bias tape for edges and ties on COVID-face masks. I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. My metal bias tape makers consistently produce twisted, wavy fabric no matter how slowly I go. Frustrated by the hand-folding process, which leaves me with burnt fingers and hours of wasted time, I've turned to this maker for a faster and more precise alternative. I'm thrilled with the results and hope it works just as well for others. After watching a YouTube video on making masks, I learned that bias tape makers are selling out quickly, with shipments delayed by several days. The model in the STL file is oriented upside down to ensure optimal printing performance. The wider base serves as the bottom, while the narrower section functions as the top when using it.
