Biarc1

This massive lamp showcases a cutting-edge design, featuring a bi-arc (binary arc) that creates its distinctive top shape through a clever geometric curve. To bring the entire lamp to life, I combined this unique bi-arc with an intricately designed vertically extruded star shape boasting 15 points, which were then truncated to produce flat ends, thereby forming the vertical component of the lamp. Next, I precision-cut holes into the resulting geometry using an array of pipe shapes that add a touch of elegance and sophistication. This stunning lamp is specifically crafted to accommodate any one of several high-performance LED lights known as "puck" lights, which can be powered by either rechargeable batteries or a reliable wall outlet. If you're in the market for some top-notch wall-powered LED lights, I recommend checking out the links on this blog page: http://birkbinnard.com/blog/wall-powered-led-lights/. With its impressive specs, including a print speed of 80 mm/sec and a layer height of 0.200 mm, this lamp was successfully printed in just under 44 hours, making it a true marvel of modern 3D printing technology.
