BI v2.5 Adjustable 310mm Glass Plate Mount

This is a customizable mount that takes the place of the standard BI V2.5 acrylic mounts when utilizing a 310mm glass plate as opposed to the original 320mm stock glass plate. I reinforced the design by adding extra tension to allow for a thinner construction, with a total thickness of only 3.25mm in order to accommodate the larger glass plate seamlessly. For optimal results, it is highly recommended that you secure the glass using binder clips all around the print bed. This not only ensures that the glass remains firmly in place but also facilitates easier leveling during the printing process. I affectionately refer to this new mount as the "big nose" due to its distinct appearance. Instructions: Use ABS filament, ensuring 100% infill for a solid and durable build.
