I was searching for an airplane puzzle that I could craft both on my DIY CNC Router and print on my Robo 3D. After scouring through various designs, I stumbled upon this generic Biplane model. It wasn't until hours of recreating this aircraft that I discovered someone had already uploaded a similar file online. Once I created the initial layout, I decided to modify my sketched design to suit my personal taste. I also doubled up the thickness of the main landing gear wheels to enhance their appearance. The files are uploaded for the CNC, 3D Printer, and Laser versions. For the CNC and Laser versions, remember to adjust the design according to your material thickness and cutter diameter to achieve a precise fit.
