Bi-fold door top slider - 4" long for 3/4" rail

I'm deciding between hunting for hours in stores for a replacement part, and designing one in 30 minutes that fits my bi-fold door's top sliding carriage perfectly. I chose the latter, and created a design suitable for 3D printing with compliant blades for better elasticity than the original clips. The springs from the Stanley carriage are reused, but could also be 3D printed if needed for future versions. The designed carriage seems to work really well so far, though I'm anticipating some friction wear in the clips after the first failure. Prints without supports, but requires cutting four tiny built-in support posts after printing. This model is suitable for a 102mm long carriage that fits 18mm wide rails and 12mm internal rails. The original OpenSCAD source code is included for anyone who needs it to adjust rail or spring sizes.
