Bi-Fold Door Hole Repair Bushing

This replacement bushing restores a damaged bi-fold door by covering up a hole that's become compromised. The original hole is 3/8 inch in diameter and this bushing will repair the hole, regaining its 3/8 inch diameter. 1. Drill out the damaged hole to a 1/2 inch diameter for 1.250 inches deep using the existing hole as a guide to locate the center spot. 2. Tap the bushing into the hole until it's flush with the door surface. 3. Install the original door hardware into the center of the bushing, tapping it in until it's fully seated inside the bushing.
