The bottom pivot on my kids bi-fold closet door decided to mysteriously break itself. I didn't feel like buying a repair kit and thought it would be more fun to just make one. This print is designed to fit pivots threaded with 5/16-18 UNC. The printed shaft that slides into the door is 11.5mm OD, so it requires a hole roughly that size. Required hardware:Existing 5/16-18 threaded pivot pin (the one that came originally installed)4x #10 wood screwsRecommended Settings:PETG6 Perimeters/Walls45% Honeycomb/Triangle Infill These are just the settings I used and it seems to be very ridged.
