EDITED This is an anal douche for cleaning out your rear end. You can simply attach it to any shower hose with a 1/2 col thread at it's end. The water floods the main chamber and leaves through the 4*4 small (1-1,1 mm diameter) holes. This ensures the water pressure to be high enough to actually clean out the rectum. (Pleas note that this cleaner is not suitable for deep cleaning) In after leaving the plug, the water can get out via the tube in the middle, taking the smaller debris with itself. For a bit deeper cleansing it is possible to plug the hole with a smaller cork, so the rectum can fill up before releasing the water.
