Bi-Colored Algebra Tiles

Bi-Colored Algebra Tiles

thingiverse

To teach algebra effectively, I discovered the importance of using two-colored algebra tiles for positive and negative sides - specifically, 1, x, and x^2 tiles. It's crucial to have double the required tiles for both polarities. In future iterations, I plan to label each tile type and incorporate y tiles. For our current version, I printed the tiles in two colors and glued them together; for an improved experience, we will print one color on top of another when using our new school printer, which we are excited about!
