BH Tray

BH Tray

This is my very first 3D model ever created. I chose Autodesk’s 123D Design because it was the best value at no cost whatsoever. It's specifically designed for the Multi-Fit 1-¼” Accessories VT1215 that I bought from Home Depot, along with the "Bucket Head" vacuum. This setup is ideal for cleaning up scraps from 3D printing projects. I deliberately made the hole for the hose slightly smaller than necessary; it needs to fit snugly so the tray won't spin out of control. After printing, simply use a utility knife to enlarge the opening and create a tight seal. Although this design may not be the prettiest tray you've ever seen, it works perfectly! BH_Tray_V2.stl is an exclusive version with rounded edges only. I received a special request from someone who asked me to create it. Print Settings: Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Medium Infill: 60 Notes: Used PLA at .25 layer height Post-Printing Just remember, I made the hole for the hose a little small on purpose; it needs to fit tight so the tray doesn't spin out of control. After printing, just use a utility knife to ream it to a tight fit. How I Designed This Let me share more details...
