Small clips to join two or more four-cell BH-18650-PC8 battery holders together. To install easily, place the clip on a solid surface and press a holder down on one side, then repeat with another holder on the other side. For flush installation, scale the Z to 0.95 before printing and remove the brim before or after assembly. Apply glue for extra security. I will solder a nickel strip to all negative terminals and attach holders to a board. There are also two-cell (-PC4) and three-cell (-PC6) versions of this holder. Watch my YouTube video for assembly: https://youtu.be/fPg8bfjsr_Q Print Settings: Printer Brand: Type A Machines Printer: 2014 Series 1 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: n/a Notes: Print with a brim, using ten 0.4mm and space parts farther apart than the brim for separate printing. Remove brim not required; it holds clips in perfect alignment to bottom of battery holder. Post-Printing: Use ABS if you want Acetone. I used ABS, intending to use Acetone but clips fit tight enough that is unnecessary. Holders made from glass-filled PBT plastic still dissolve with Acetone. http://www.batteryholders.com/search.php?cat=Battery+Holder&type=Li-ion%2018650 Apply solvent-based glue between ends of each holder for a more secure joint.
