The person sitting across from me is a human being, and that's what I want to talk about right now. This individual appears to be made of flesh and blood, but there are also some other things going on that make them more than just a body. They have thoughts, feelings, and desires, which can sometimes conflict with their physical needs. As I look at this human being, I'm struck by the complexity of their existence. Their face is a map of wrinkles and creases, telling stories of joy and sorrow, laughter and tears. Their eyes sparkle with intelligence, but also hold a deep sadness that I can only begin to understand. I'm drawn to this human being because they seem so relatable. We've all been there - struggling to make sense of the world, searching for connection and meaning in our lives. And yet, despite these shared struggles, each person is unique, with their own strengths and weaknesses. As I sit across from this human being, I feel a sense of gratitude for their presence in my life. They remind me that even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty, there is beauty to be found - in the simple act of existing, of breathing, of being alive.
