BG Face Shield PPE (REMIX)

This is a Remix of the Face Shield Frame done by Brewski. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4238903 This design allows for making shields using 10 Mil 8.5x11 PVC Sheets with a standard three-hole punch. I modified the top part of the frame to enable easy stacking and removed the gap on the tabs to minimize sagging when stacked. Included are designs for single, two, five, and ten stacks as well as a band to hold it securely without elastic. The Blender File for the 10 Stack is also included, allowing users to modify it according to their needs. To enhance print quality with the added gap, I incorporated columns for support. A putty scraper can be used between layers to remove them easily, though some effort may be required. This design was printed on an Ender 3 using Overture Black PETG. The layer height used is 0.3.
