BFO-9000 Keyboard Case and Plate

I couldn't find a compelling reason to use the [BFO-9000](https://keeb.io/collections/frontpage/products/bfo-9000-keyboard-customizable-full-size-split-ortholinear), so I decided to create my own.\r\n\r\n\r\nAfter making some minor adjustments, I was able to ensure that both jacks can be installed simultaneously.\r\n\r\n\r\nHere's a link to my layout on [Keyboard Layout Editor](http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/gists/d4c248d458c827927a54e690d64be196). The PgUp/Dn keys are located where the Fn key is used in conjunction with the Up/Dn keys, while Home/End keys can be found by pressing Fn + Left/Right. This layout isn't perfect, but it offers a left hand numpad that's incredibly useful when one hand is on the mouse and the other is entering numbers (CAD/Excel).
