BFB Buggy mods and accessories
thingiverse
I manage to get this running with these parts, the buggy's design is a bit of a mess, it works but it's not built to last, the steering lock is terrible and the gears are extremely noisy. But hopefully with these parts you'll be able to get this working properly. I've uploaded: Driveshafts - I completely reworked the original designs, ditching the threaded bar with 3D printed ends and grub screws for a more straightforward setup that requires only grub screws, which works perfectly. Gears - I redesigned the gear set to use M5 nuts, so you simply press the nuts in and screw them onto the threaded bar and bolts instead of relying on glue. I also included some M5 spacers to ensure everything stays lined up and meshed smoothly. Wheels - I created my own custom wheels that take standard 26mm tyres, which are incredibly affordable and easy to find on eBay or Amazon. Arches and light bar - because they look absolutely fantastic! Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10%
