Bezzera BB005 Single Dosing Mod

All compnents together enable the use of the Bezzera BB005 as a single dose grinder. The retention is around 1-2 g. When using the rubber bellow (TPU) the retention is near zero.All parts except the “bellow” can be built using PLA, although the use of PETG or even PCTG is highly recommended. The “bellow” was printed with TPU - choose a rather soft material! Something like FilaFlex Ultra-Soft 70A.The “base” will need additional adjustment around the timer dial and the power cable and is a work in progress. Feel free to modify the part to your liking.The “funnel” is a remix of @toto2020's “Bezzera BB005 Nozzle Upgrade (Funnel)” over at  Thingiverse.EDIT, 03.06.2024The “Base” model was adjusted around the power switch and power cable. It is designed to keep the rubber feet under the grinder itself for added vibration dampening. The base is secured with two M3 bolts trough the bottom and the holes in the holder for the timer mechanism inside the machine (If I remember correctly this holder was originally attached with rivets which I drilled out). I then hotglued two nylon standoffs to the upper part of the holder bracket to be able to put in the screws from the bottom of the base of the grinder. This only works if the side-back-cover is removed! Watch out for the spring in the grind setting mechanism!!The hole in the funnel mount was originally designed for a M4 drive-in nut such as https://www.rampa.com/eu/de/RAMPA-EINSCHLAGMUTTERN-TYP-TS/021408001010, but I attached a model, so you will be able to fit this to your needs!IMPORTANT NOTE:Theseare experimental components! Especially the installation of the Nozzle is entirely at the risk of the user! It should be noted that the open design means that the interior of the Grinder and the rotating parts are freely accessible. This must be strictly observed when cleaning and using.
