Bezier Boat
thingiverse
Bezier curves are useful even for simple projects, such as creating a boat model. You define parts like bow, midship section, and stern then combine them using Bezier surfaces. The control mesh is visible in the image, and this specific boat design requires printing in two halves joined together due to OpenScad bezier library's linear extrusion feature. Generating .stl from .scad takes around 3 minutes. Post-processing includes loading into a slicer, resizing, and printing for enjoyment. Sections can be printed individually and glued, dimensions like width and height can be modified, and you can extend the length by adding more midship sections.
