I opted for a substitute that closely resembled the original in appearance, so I extracted the dimensions from Quixotic's design to create my own version. It's not an exact replica of the original by any means, but close enough to suffice in my book. The small rings in the screw holes are merely supports; simply insert a screwdriver into one and snap it off to remove it.
