Part pictured on this page:http://north-america.beyerdynamic.com/shop/hah/spare-parts/schieber-reparatur-set.html This item replaces the large plastic components on the upper portion of that image. They are not flawless, but they function perfectly. Use the screws supplied with your Beyerdynamic headphones; they already have a tapped hole in them. Print: Use Supports 25% infill 0.8mm wall thickness [2 perimeters for 0.4mm nozzle) Installation: Insert the screws completely into the piece with the recessed areas for the screws. Then align the piece with the screws installed on the two metal mounting brackets on your headset that have holes for the screws. Ensure the adjustment slider on the central metal component holding the speaker is within its space on the plastic mounting bracket. Then, while holding this together firmly, place the second piece with smaller holes tightly against the first piece with the screws through the metal mounting brackets on the crossbar/headrest. You should be able to do this with your thumb and index finger. Correctly done, everything will line up perfectly now. Then, back out the screws halfway with your free hand. Thread them back in, and they should lock with the far piece. At that point, you should be finished. The inset screw component is typically placed on the interior of the headset, with the thicker piece having smaller holes facing outward from the headset.
