Here are the redesigned stock earcups for Beyerdynamic DT990s, inspired by the professional version but engineered to be more user-friendly when taking them apart. These custom earcups are designed to fit snugly onto your headphones, requiring a tight seal for optimal performance. If you find it difficult to get them on, don't force it - scaling is key to achieving a seamless fit. After testing with PLA material, we found that these earcups work beautifully with minimal maintenance required. However, we recommend applying a little TLC (tender loving care) after printing to ensure optimal results. To achieve the best possible outcome, we suggest using an infill of at least 15%. You'll be amazed at how well it turns out with an infill of 40% - it's a great balance between quality and print time.
