Beyerdynamic DT-911 Slide Clamp
thingiverse
As I could not find any replacement part for the Beyerdynamic DT-911 headphones, I have designed a new headband retention clip / slider and 3D printed it.No more headphones sliding down your head and constantly re-adjusting the strap! You do need the original flat metal spring thingies and perhaps bend them a little so they fit right.I lost some of the original plastic parts long ago, so I am not quite sure what the original was suposed to look like. At least it is a much better solution compared ot the zipties I used untill now.I believe to have modiefied the strap slightly a few years back when trying to repair the headphones with some zipties. However, the original should work fine with this design. The tollerances are quite tight by design and you will need to thread the hole with an M3 x 6mm bolt. This bolt will then be used to mount the two pieces together (with the leather headband in between).*DMME is the name of my brand (I make audio / guitar equipment in my spare time)
