Getting anything inside a DT or Tesla isn't my forte; I consistently struggle with it. My inability to make flush connections led me to create this - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1218464. I tinkered with my T5p and made some errors during the final finishing touches, so an outer washer is a necessary addition. Important Notes: 1) Boosting the scale by 0.1 or 0.2X will greatly improve the fit, as it's currently too tight. 2) If you're after Audiometric spec rings, simply reduce the Y dimension from 4mm to 1mm and print the same model; these can be glued onto the main body for a seamless finish.
