Beyblade Launcher (Plastic Gen Ver)
thingiverse
This launcher is a modified version of the MFB one created by Rishirk, which has been broken down into its basic components and stripped of unnecessary parts. It features prongs designed specifically for plastic gen beyblades instead of MFB ones, making it fully functional but currently only compatible with right spin beyblades. The prongs can be easily mirrored to accommodate left spin beyblades by reversing the entire launcher. The top section has been modified to allow users to attach their favorite bit beast sticker in a similar way that MFB launchers feature face bolt stickers. Some key considerations when working with this launcher include assembling it using glue, as some parts require a strong adhesive to hold together properly. Additionally, there are a few issues to be aware of: the pictures show what happened when I attempted to glue the launcher together with an earlier version of the upper casing, which resulted in a gap that was too large for the ripchord to grip the gear effectively. This problem has since been addressed. While none of the individual components of this launcher are compatible with official parts, users can freely utilize MFB or plastic gen ripchords if they have one on hand. This means you might not need to print your own ripchord. Furthermore, though it fits snugly into official launcher grips, it does not lock securely in place, so users will either need to rely on the tightness of the fit or use tape or glue to keep the launcher secure. In a recent update, I replaced the 3D-printed silver ripchord with an official black one due to accidentally breaking the original during photoshoot. Although the 3D-printed ripchord worked flawlessly before its breakage, I chose not to reprint it since I already possess numerous official ripchords. As for testing this launcher, I used my own fully 3D-printed Driger S (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3676861), which features a short spin time due to being made entirely from PLA plastic. Unfortunately, I do not have any official plastic gen beyblades available for testing, so the Driger S was used as a substitute.
