Beyblade Handle

Beyblade Handle

I was looking for a Beyblade handle, but couldn't find one that matched my style. The design is two-part, clipping into available features on the launcher. These components have undergone several revisions and work well so far, although I may still make some improvements. I printed these out of ABS because I have too much of it lying around and use it to prototype with. After a few more iterations, I plan to switch to PETG or PLA, which might change the dimensions. To assemble: 1. Attach the handle to the launcher first. The handle is installed opposite the side where the rip cord comes out. 2. Tuck one of the clip arms into the corresponding feature on the handle. 3. Use a small awl or flat-blade screwdriver to hold down the circular lock while pushing in the other clip arm. Be careful not to pull up too far on the circular lock, as it might break off. 4. Once the clip arms are in place, push the circular lock flush with the rest of the clip and handle. The original version has been working well for a while now without any issues. I decided to make some slight changes to the clip. The new clip is slightly shorter and thicker than the original.
