Beyblade Dual Launcher "Paulman"

This Beyblade Launcher is designed to be as reliable as possible.

It uses bearings and magnets for the stoper mechanic to reduce friction and down wear.

You need 2x 608RS Bearings and 2x 8x3mm(or 2mm) Magnets
(One 2x10mm Screw for the spinner to be replaceable)

Added the .f3d of the outer Spinner so you can change it for other series than Beyblade Burst.

The spinner is the one part that can break.
Spinner in 2 parts so, no support needed and easy to replace.
(Use a Screw instead of glue)

I use the Ripper by WuffyUnikitty (Thingiverse) , its perfect as it is :-)
The launcher is designed after his model. Tried to improve it while rebuilding it from ground.

Have Fun

Assambly

For assambly see the drawing.

The Spacer goes under the Gear.

Check that the Magnets in the Flapper and Bottom repel each other.

You need to glue the Axis Bottom Part and the Spinner Inside Ring together when not using use a small screw , i use a 2x10mm Screw.

For Top and Bottom use 4x M3 to screw together, various lengths usable.
(When using glue screw them tight after glue tryed)

Tipp: Use the Ripper to hold the Flapper for assambly.

If you feel that the rotation is not perfectly round : use pressure on the bearings to get them parallel.
With the screw you can adjust the resistance and with the 2 Part spinner you can adjust inperfect prints by moving the outside ring up and down on a side ,for perfect rotation.
