Beyblade ball bearing performance tip
thingiverse
I designed a revised version of kseluga's 'Beyblade Performance Tip' to accommodate a 2.0mm ball bearing in the tip for reduced friction and increased durability. Four different variations were exported with varying amounts of clearance around the ball, all of which worked effectively when seated properly with a gentle tap from a hammer. However, I found that 0.1mm or 0.2mm would be the optimal settings for my printer and configuration (performance_tip_ball_2.1 / 2.2). The design was printed successfully using ABS material at 0.15 layer thickness, and breakaway support was utilized to ensure a smooth print process. A FreeCAD source file is included, enabling users to modify the clearance or ball size according to their needs. This file also contains the three additional tip designs from the remixed model.
With this file you will be able to print Beyblade ball bearing performance tip with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Beyblade ball bearing performance tip.
