The worn-out CPO250 saw's handle had lost its button, so I created a replacement. Using 3D printing on my Prusa with PETG material, the new part was made and fitted perfectly into place. Key considerations included precise placement of the spring's hole and an M6-sized opening for a small bolt that activates the switch hidden inside the handle. To secure it in position, a 3mm retaining pin was carefully placed onto the original handle.
