Bevel Gears Reducer II Mechanism

In the past, I released a first version (Bevel Gears Reducer Mechanism) with a 1:2 ratio. The latest model features distinct sized gears and a 5:24 ratio, as shown in the analysis image. To increase the ratio further, additional gears can be incorporated, resulting in a Humpage Reducer design. I utilized Solidworks Student Design Kit 2018 for modeling and Simlab Composer 8 Mechanical Edition for rendering. Frames were edited with Virtualdub, saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. The video was remuxed to MP4 using MyMP4BoxGui, while gifs were created in PhotoScape. IrfanView was employed for renders editing. The 3D-PDF, ZIM, FBX, Blender, and SIMLAB files are all animated. With the free Simlab CAD Viewer app, you can view the ZIM file on both iOS and Android devices. The model is accessible in various formats, including Solidworks 2018, Simlab Composer 8, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, DWF, Blender, ZIM, and FBX.
