Recently, I have encountered challenges in mounting Bevel Gears due to their manufacturing process. Although this issue was unexpected, in hindsight, it should have been apparent to me. Currently, my method involves utilizing the widths of a pair of bevel gears to determine their angle. However, using this method, achieving accurate results becomes difficult when mismatching gears that are in close proximity. For instance, using a 40-tooth gear designed for a 20-tooth gear on a 10-tooth gear would result in a significant difference in angle. To assist you in overcoming this problem, I will upload a video tutorial that provides guidance on creating your own bevel gear pairs. Meanwhile, I will update my models to include appropriate gear pairings and explore a more optimal design method. This way, you will be able to use any bevel gear with the same module. Currently, it is crucial for the gears to have the same angle, and finding matching gears with the same module can still be difficult unless they are specifically designed together. I will investigate improved techniques that allow for gear mismatching while ensuring that all gears operate at the same angle. I've attached a video recording of making it, just look up on Youtube Bevel Gears Fusion for the original method. Be warn I was listening to obstructively loud music.
