This a bevel cover master to fabricate a bevel cover for the Kawasaki W650/W800. Sample was printed on an Anet AM8 in PLA using a 0.05mm layer height and reasonable printing speed (30mm/sec). This was designed to attempt some aluminium sand casting. The lower "dome" part is for support during printing and for easier sand casting. No additional support is needed for printing. A large brim is needed though due to the low contact surface with the printing bed.
