This is a Customizer project that generates 2D line paths which you can then export as an SVG. The SVG is then imported into other software such as Easel, Carbide Create or Vectric Vcarve. It doesn't create the box pieces as an .STL file. The idea is to create CNC tool paths for a 90 degree V Bit that will carve out the 10 pieces of a small box using 2 sided CNC carving techniques which can be challenging but produce precise results if done correctly. To achieve this, you need to start the bit in the exact center of the work piece and then flip it end over end and re-run the same tool path. The key to success is setting up a secure fixturing system that allows the work piece to be exactly flipped and re-fixtured so that the center of the work piece remains exactly where it was before, except on the opposite side. It's crucial that the ends of the workpiece are straight and perpendicular to the sides. If you get your work holding fixture set up correctly and use consistent stock, you can quickly produce box after box with ease. I also recommend setting the zero based off of the spoil board instead of the work piece. This will help keep the box pieces in place with an onion skin that can be cut out later with a utility knife. I plan to add a video tutorial soon but it's not ready yet. 4/20/2020 Updated SCAD file to correct for lower end pieces losing a corner.
