Say hi to Betyár, the second Hungaryball in my countryball series. Betyárs who were highly skilled horsemen led a life of outlawry and highway robbery during 18th and 19th century Hungary. Several of these outlaws have become legendary figures who are revered for their fight against social injustice. Their distinctive curly mustache and traditional hat remain an integral part of Hungarian folklore today.
