Hi, this is my model for watercooling for V6 hotend cooler. It is ment to be used with 5-6mm outside diameter tubing. Step by step: 1. print this model with 5 perimetrs with TPU 2. Put on the printed part on the V6 heatsink (put super glue on the "seals" on the top and bottom of the printed part) and wait for 10 minutes to harden 3. Put in the tubes. First put super glue on the outside of tubes and put them into the holes on the printed part. The tubes should not go around outside, that causes big leakage and stress on the tube. This part of process is almost the most important, you want to be really sure that it does not leak anywhere, if the 3d printed part leaks, dry it (with cooler on, because only way you can put the 3d printed part down is by cutting it) and put on outside of the 3d printed part some form of glue (yeah i know lot of glue is used :D) 4. Put it on your printer Tubes should be made from silicon! The gear pump should be used. I had bad experience with cheap underwater pumps and vibrating pumps. This model is not allowed to be used commercially or share it for free! thank you for understanding :) good luck
