Here's a better version of the spool holder that M3D links to - one part, not over-engineered, easy to print, and doesn't break when trying to put the spool on like the original does. If you're using the M3D with PLA, printing it at 'fast' with 'medium density' should do the trick; I didn't use a raft or wave bonding.
