Upgrading Axes and Spindles for a Woodpecker CNC.
Aka: CNC3018 CNC2417 (I have this model) CNC1610 I used a MGN15 Profile with an H-Block, which is longer than a C-Block. For the CNC2417 order, I specified a 350mm long one. The Motor is a 200w Engraving Machine Spindle Motor: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/200w-engraving-machinespindle-motor-air-cooling-cnc-spindle-dc-motor-CNC-Engraving-Machine-ER11-3/32799895100.html (D=52mm) I also use a secondary power supply for the spindle. If you want those details, contact me. I highly recommend getting additional square Brackets to fasten the Aluminium Profile. Mine have not arrived yet, but even though the whole profile is only held with 2 screws, I get way better performance and stability out of the machine. Use the Test Part to confirm your printer tolerances are in range, so the rest will fit. *Pro Tip:* Use a piece of (green) Nylon Filament as a cheap drag chain. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/328bd38f72ceca05a21471e8/w/092da3c783adeb8395f79eb9/e/1fcec04776ea8e3de7a3a98
