Better Seatbelt Clip
thingiverse
This is a simple clip that keeps a seatbelt clip securely in place. It's built with support, featuring an arc design that helps distribute stress evenly across the plastic material. I've printed this clip using PLA and it works remarkably well, thanks to its slender plastic arms that only bend slightly under load - a notable improvement over other clips I've seen. After using the initial version of this clip, some issues came to light. The flexible "arms" tended to bend outward more than expected, which led me to increase the gap between them by 1mm and shorten their length to make installation and removal from the seatbelt easier. In a subsequent revision, I took steps to strengthen the "arms" by increasing their width slightly, making this clip even more reliable.
