Printing at a layer height above 0.24 or exceeding 40mm/s can result in a product that is too weak. I didn't start from scratch, instead I combined two pre-existing components. When assembling the fused parts, be cautious not to overtighten the screws as you would with the original piece; this may cause it to crack.
