Better Organizer Box Dividers
thingiverse
I downloaded one of the other organizer box dividers from Thingiverse, a similar design to the Plano's or Flambeau's tackle box organizers, and it worked perfectly fine. But the ones that came with my Flambeau had nice little finger grips on them, so I decided to design a new one from scratch using FreeCad, and added nice little finger grips to make it even better. You can easily adapt this divider to fit any size organizer that uses this style of divider by simply adjusting the x, y, and z dimensions in your slicer program to match the one for your organizer. The large STL file was created with FreeCad, while I redesigned them in the new TinkerCad Beta editor and those are the r2 files. However, I noticed that one corner of the TinkerCad version had a small error, so I made the necessary adjustments and uploaded the new TinkerCad r3 file. Print Settings: Printer: Zortrax M200 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: Very High Infill: Maximum Notes: It took an hour and 15 minutes to print on my Zortrax, and pictures will be added soon.
