My design of LIDL aileron. It replaces the bend wingtip of the LIDL glider. Base part is glued onto the wing and carbon tube serves as hinge. It is possible to slide the glued aileron onto the hinges even with the base glued on. Glue base to main. Glue top and base parts of the holder. Have fun. Print settings here: - AileronMain - LW PLA 10% infill, 1 sidewall, 2 top/bottom, 235C @ 50% flowrate, supports - AileronBase - PLA 10%, 2 sidewall, 2 top/bottom - normal flow pla settings, no supports - turn to not need them - Holder base and holder top - LW PLA 20% infill 1 sidewall, 2 top/bottom 235C @50% flowrate, no supports - turn to not need them You should use brims, especially if you have poor adhesion. To build: - glue holder base and top - glue aileron base and main - use carbon rod when assembled and drop glue at the tip - cutout fits 5G servo lever perfectly - align servo position once aileron is cut in Ask me if you have questions.
