I printed the Prusa Original Lack Enclosure files using 3mm cast acrylic from Tap Plastics. The enclosure is available on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118. Initially, I encountered two issues with the knobs. They didn't fit securely on the 3mm acrylic, so I modified the file to reduce the Y-axis size by 2.5 percent to resolve this problem. The knobs now fit tightly and don't require glue. Another challenge arose when the bottom of the knob caught on the edge of my worktable due to its sharp edge. To address this issue, I added a fillet and reduced the thickness by half a millimeter. This modification effectively eliminated the problem. I printed the enclosure using ESUN PETG with Prusa PETG settings in Slic3r Prusa Edition. The results are excellent. Edit: Note that I have included Fusion files with the modified bottom design, but they still feature standard Y-axis dimensions. However, if you export an STL from these files, be sure to scale them down to 97.5 percent in Slic3r to achieve optimal results.
