<p>The frame of the tensioner ist bolted to the x-gantry. That makes it stiffer and it fits better to the aluminium bar. It also doesn't twist while the printer is moving along the x-axis.</p><p> </p><h4>New parts required:</h4><p>1x DIN M8 Screw 30mm or longer</p><p>1x DIN M8 Nut</p><p>1x DIN M3 Screw 30mm</p><p>1x DIN M3 Nut</p><p> </p><h4>Installing</h4><ol><li>Unscrew the M3 bolt from the back of the gantry.</li><li>Insert the printed frame to the x-gantry and align the holes</li><li>Screw in the longer M3 Screw and tighten it with a nut on the other side of the aliuminium bar.</li><li>Insert the slider to the frame.</li><li>Fit the belt, bearings and the M8-Screw to the slider.</li><li>Tighten the belt with the knob</li></ol><p> </p><h3>Remixed from <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4615085">Ender3pro Max Clearance X-belt tensioner (Reuses stock parts)</a> by <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/Xyphos">Xyphos</a></h3>
