I played Betrayal on the House on the Hill last night for Table Top Day, and those little card markers for your stats kept sliding off all over the place. So I decided to print some new ones today. It's a simple friction fit design, and after printing a couple, they fit snugly into my printer. The tolerances are so tight that your printer's calibration might actually come into play. This thing was designed with Tinkercad.
