Betafpv Meteor75 frame 1S 75mm
thingiverse
This is a frame for meteor75 drone. Fits 1S 450mAh battery, original canopy(it's unbreakable), AIO, motors, props. Whole frame is just 1 part, which means no gluing and even soldering(everything is on plugs). Just print a lot of frames and go flying, when you crash don't worry(but it's hard to break this frame on grass or inside your house), swap quickly for a new frame(takes about 10-15 minutes) and you are ready to fly! Frame weights about 15-20g depending on print settings(it's heavier than original one, but more durable). Whole drone has about 45-50g and feels like on standard frame. When using BetaFlight version of AIO you also have easy access to USB port(with removed battery). Frame has also "active" cooling(sometimes when you rip hard and core goes over 80*C and the video is gone), because of small indents in ducts at the side facing the center it allows some air from props to go over and below the PCB in ESC area(it helps lower temperature to around 60*C and not allows for VTX shutting down). In FrSky FCC receiver version(and propably all other) of this drone on hard crash(or hard landing) without breaking frame most of the times results in receiver board stops making good electrical contact with socket on AIO and RXLOSS is displayed in the OSD. In this frame receiver is pushed by battery tray bar to the PCB and not allowed to fell out. If your battery hardly slides into it's tray or not fits at all, try to scrap overhangs with a knife or sandpaper, but try to not oversand, because your battery will fall out. If you have any issues, design tips and opinions let me know in the comments. Feel free to share and remix. Happy flying!
