Beta75x Fighter Canopy
thingiverse
I recently acquired a Beta 75x whoop for the indoor racing season, and I'm thoroughly impressed by its performance. However, I noticed that many others had also invested in this model, so I wanted to give my quad a unique twist by designing an alternative canopy. My design inspiration came from high-performance jet fighters, which led me to create "ducts" that direct air towards the VTX unit. While it's unlikely to make a significant difference, I'm thrilled with how it looks! If you decide to print this design, please share a photo of your creation! I'm eager to see how others will put their own spin on this project. UPDATE: I've made some minor adjustments to the original file. The rear vent hole now has a sleeker appearance, and I've also created two distinct versions of the design. The first version features 1mm walls, making it ideal for printing with PLA or PETG. This configuration should result in a print weight of approximately 2 grams. The second version boasts 1.25mm walls, which is perfect for TPU material.
